Verdict

Technological’s victory at Wolverhampton came over a mile and he’s yet to race over this far. He’s penalised along with PERFECT ILLUSION but the latter was making his racecourse debut when scoring by a wide margin over course and distance and Andrew Balding’s Derby entry could be anything. River Glades and Lucky Lover Boy need to improve to trouble the likely favourite and Mary Elise is another stepping up from a mile.
