Robin Hoods Bay comes alive over this course and distance and comfortably reversed earlier running with Grandeur in the Group 3 Winter Derby here last month. He also beat Aussie Reigns, DICK DOUGHTYWYLIE and Rebellious Guest but there could be a bit of value in John Gosden's charge today with his stable in such good form. He was beaten less than three lengths in the Winter Derby which, considering his poor draw, was a commendable effort and he's been campaigned at a consistently high level over the last 12 months. Solar Deity just failed to give Marshgate Lane 4lb at Wolverhampton in December and has produced three solid performances on Tapeta at Meydan since. He can't be ignored either.
