Verdict

This is no better than the preceding division though the market should be watched for clues as to the strength of Dark Crusader, who makes her handicap debut. Legal Lyric ran easily her best race so far at Fairyhouse last week though the going was fast. If she handles softer ground she'll take some beating and just holds Sujet Bellagio on that run. Rose In Winter hadn't shown much before a better effort at Navan where she stayed on nicely over that 6f trip. She's on a very low mark and is one of the few here with scope though the more experienced VASONI, a course and distance winner, has been running well on ground with some give and is just 4lb higher than when scoring here in April so gets the vote.
