In depth

Verdict

King's Mill looks to have been found a decent opportunity for his debut over hurdles and, if able to translate his flat form to the winter game, should be good enough to beat some moderate types. Neil Graham's gelding comes here fit after a couple of starts, is best with cut on the ground and, against weak opposition, gets the TEAMtalk vote. Salix Dancer was rated 50lbs below the selection on the level but probably has the best form of the remainder judged by a third to Hamadeenah at Huntingdon in March. The jump bred Tim's The Man, who has his first start in this country having been trained in Ireland previously, and flat recruit Bolshoi Ballet are the pick of the remainder.
