    Verdict

The first of eight races on the all-weather does not look too hard to solve, with no less than 11 of the 13 runners seemingly having little chance on what they have achieved to date in their brief careers. Bar Of Silver and Mayan Princess could be anything of course and the market should be watched, but the obvious pair to concentrate on are Humouresque and Bond Royale. The latter improved markedly on what she had shown on turf when a close second over the course and distance on her sand debut a week ago. She has had plenty of racing and will provide a stern test for the relatively inexperienced Humouresque. However, Sir Mark Prescott¿s filly, a half-sister to Danehill, created a favourable impression when a close-up fourth on her recent Leicester introduction, and would not have to improve much to open her account. So, experience against potential, and TEAMtalk side with the latter.
