A few of these have been hard to win with over the years so a chance is taken that we have yet to see the best Ultimata, who is preferred over Parnassian and Mr Velocity, who are capable of playing a string hand if they run up to form. The same comments apply to Concer Eto, who is holding his form well and arrives here on the back of a good effort at Yarmouth last time. This sis a slightly stiffer ask though and he appears to have place claims at best this afternoon. So too does Topton, who is very hard to predict and has never been one for the feint hearted at the best of times. Mr Velocity is another lightly raced individual that arrives here in fair form in the context of this race. However, this is much tougher than the Classified Stakes race he won at Redcar and he has a little to find with the best of these. Which is officially Ultimata, who shaped up well behind a useful sort of Jeremy Noseda's in Diamond Lodge last time. That rival went on to win off a mark of 87 when she in her next outing, which bodes well for Ultimata, who has bags of scope for improvement now that she has proved that she has trained on.
