In depth

Verdict

JOSH THE PLOD drops into a seller for the first time having been placed in two of his three starts. He has the highest rating of this modest bunch and regular pilot Jason Watson takes off 7lb again. Tenby Two has been tried over a variety of distances but has gone close on a couple of occasions, including when favourite here last time over a mile. California Cliffs’ second at Brighton was her best run to date while Akamanto has been taking on much better opposition, though hasn’t been progressing. Temir Kazyk turned in a shocker last time but looks the pick of the remainder.
