Verdict

Dedoctorsdaughter was third on her reappearance over track and trip but still beaten more than 20 lengths and was 12 lengths behind Western Promise. However, she'll strip fitter today while Downpatrick fifth Binowagh Bay is starting to come down the weights again. Generous Bond ran his best race so far when a close-up third at Punchestown and a repeat of that effort would see him go close. MISS PEACETIME (NAP), who won at Tramore in April, spoiled her chance by making too many mistakes at Limerick next time. The step up in trip here will suit on breeding and the better ground is also a plus so Henry De Bromhead's mare can return to the winner's enclosure. Vic Approach has struggled over fences lately and should appreciate going back over the smaller obstacles while Desert Roe has a chance if getting a run from his reserve spot.
