In a tricky second race, we favour Bobby Rose over The London Gang and Convince. Piccostar has lost his way of late but at least has been given a chance by the handicapper on his Kempton all-weather debut. Bobby Rose is well-weighted based on a very good December course and distance run so could be fancied on that basis. Convince is very well-weighted based on his Turf best and tries the all-weather for only the second time. The London Gang is generally better in claimers and sellers these days but he has dropped to a low mark now and he has raced on today'ssurface. Danish Blues is another that has been showing his best form of late at a lower level, although he acts here and is not ruled out, while Imwaan is a potential improver. Overall, though, the selection remains as Bobby Rose.
