        Verdict

Several of these have a handicap mark and Rising comes out best on these terms though ran poorly at Windsor last time. War At Sea failed to land the odds at Lingfield last month and Stanley was beaten a neck by a 100/1 shot over track and trip recently when SOGHAN finished fourth. But that was the latter’s first start of the year and with improvement expected from John Gosden’s charge, he gets the nod. Fearsome has a bit to find at the weights but may show further progress over this longer trip and is another to consider.
