In depth

Verdict

Dual purpose performer Batoutoftheblue has clearly been difficult to train over the past two years and looks on the downgrade judged on recent evidence so in a particularly poor contest, Camaraderie is handed the TEAMtalk vote. Mary Reveley's charge has been in fair form in the context of this race having followed his second in similar company at Uttoxeter last month by finishing in the frame back on the Flat at Beverley. A reproduction of either effort should suffice at this level while Royal Arrow can reach a place if fit following a four-month absence.
