One favourite has won this in eight renewals. Tawwaaq may have found the going too soft at York when beaten five lengths by Mayfair Lady though it was still a good effort and she should get into the action. Donjuan Triumphant has been a short-priced favourite in maidens at Carlisle and Ayr but, though not beaten far, will need to do better. Surbett landed an Epsom maiden in good style before disappointing at Chelmsford, where he didn't appear to enjoy the Polytrack surface, but the hat-trick seeking Celebration is up 9lb for his victory at Sandown. Wayward Hoof scored over the track and trip then didn't stay an extra furlong on a return visit but this can go to VIBRANT CLOUDS (NAP), who has had two runs at Salisbury. He won in very good style there last month and making his handicap debut off what looks a fair mark.
