        Verdict

        Ted's Brother won this last year off a 7lb lower mark. He may still figure this time around but HANALEI BAY makes more appeal. The latter won at Ayr last month and is reunited with winning partner Philip Makin for this having been raised only 3lb. Stablemate Tectonic has a habit of finding at least one too good and Ewell Place suffers from the same problem. Surround Sound has slipped steadily down the weights but just the one win in 19 starts fails to boost confidence.
