    Verdict

As a course and distance winner with a success on soft ground to his name, Megalala has plenty in his favour and it's worth noting that he's partnered by last year's winning jockey. Trafalgar Square is on a fair mark but it's been over three years since he last won on grass whilst Mavalenta has yet to win but she may be better suited by being stepped back up in trip on a soft surface and is worth noting. Noah Jameel is capable of giving a good account but it may pay to concentrate on David Simcock's pair, PINTURA and Marsh Warbler. The latter may well improve for encountering a soft surface but he has to go and prove it so preference is for Pintura who may not be the easiest to win with but he has form on the track and ground and arrives at the top of his game.
