Verdict

This should not take a great deal of winning and it will be a surprise if the TEAMtalk selection, Tiber, is not the one to win it. Admittedly disappointing on his debut at Salisbury earlier in the month, John Gosden's horse showed much improved form to chase home the useful-looking Soldera (the pair clear) on a return visit to the racecourse. A reproduction of that effort should be good enough against these. Of the opposition, Itsonlyagame showed very little on his Newmarket debut, London By Night finished last of 12 on his first start at Newbury, while Westmoreland Road is from a yard (Amanda Perrett's) that produces very few first time out two-year-old winners.
