        Verdict

A poor contest to end three fabulous days racing, with the top weights having a rating of 64, which is akin to a platers mark. Terry Mills and apprentice Robert Miles, took this last year with Jawhari and they team up with Our Fred this time around. A useful sprinter at his best, he has gone best part of three years since getting his head in front and as a consequence has become well treated. He will be well suited to this sharp track and could be difficult to peg back. However, the choice is Fly More, who bounced back to form at Nottingham last weekend, despite the ground being slower than ideal. Milton Bradley's six-year-old will be more at home on this quicker ground and with Mark Savage, who was seen to good effect on Adobe on Monday, again taking the reins, he is the one to beat. Stablemate Indian Bazaar, the winner of this event back in 2001, is only 2lbs higher now and if stripping fit on this seasonal reappearence, will be difficult to keep out of the frame.
