Lincoln Rocks won a valuable handicap over 7f at York last season though came up short in Listed races either side of that success. Nyaleti went close in both the May Hill and Rockfel last year but was expected to do better in the Nell Gwyn at Newmarket last month and SHENANIGANS (NAP) is preferred. The latter found only one too good in a Listed contest at Kempton on her reappearance but finished in front of Soul Silver and Paco's Angel and further progress looks likely from Roger Varian’s course and distance winner today. Queen of Time has also won here before but soft ground may not be ideal for her.
