In depth

Verdict

Landofhopeandglory, a winner at this level over hurdles, overcame a bad error at the last to score over fences at Kilbeggan and is capable of further progress. But he was earlier beaten six lengths by TOWNSHEND at Roscommon and the winner also holds Peregrine Run and Potters Point on recent form. Don't Touch It, a Grade 1 winning hurdler, has more experience over fences than most of these having won a very strong handicap at Punchestown in April on his sixth start. He's been given a nice break and is greatly respected while Henry De Bromhead has some nice novices this season and Our Dougal put his experience to good use when beating All The Answers at Killarney.
