In depth

Verdict

LOPE DE LOOP was easy to back but prominent for a long way on debut at Chepstow. If she settles a little better today, David Evans’ filly might just get the better of Epsom second Diamond Express, though Finley Marsh’s claim is a plus on the latter. Silvington has been placed twice over the trip but was quickly left behind last time at Nottingham and may not have much scope. Newcomer Greeneyedafghan is a half-brother to three winners but has lost value at the sales the last twice.
