Verdict

The first division of the bumper can go to Itsmyboy, with the main dangers given as Bel Ombre, Winnowing and Fox John. There seems to be a generally good vibe surrounding the Martin Pipe-trained selection, who makes his racecourse debut today, and if the market reflects this then he could be the one to be on. Oliver Sherwood's French-bred Bel Ombre, the Patrick Chamings-trained Winnowing, who is out of a dual hurdle winner, Top Dog, who is also out of a winning mare, and Richard Phillips' Return Ticket are all ones to consider, along with Fox John, who has shown up well in each of his three races to date, and the Paul Nicholls-trained Earth Mover, who was pulled out of an engagement on Wednesday owing to the going. The locally-trained Dusky Lord would be interesting in the market spoke in his favour but we are happy to stay loyal to Itsmyboy.
