In depth

Verdict

A competitive hunter chase rounds off the card and many would have a chance on their best form however, the principals look to be Earthmover, Bitofamixup, and County Derry and the vote goes to Earthmover. The selection is game and consistent and although he was pulled up last time out that may have been due to the tacky going and he is taken to score with this faster ground sure to suit. Bitofamixup has won his last two Hunter Chases in good style and he is a danger to all especially if the rain stays away. County Derry is one of the least exposed in the field put he was pulled up behind Bitofamixup last time for no apparent reason and so he may be best watched on this occasion. Of the remainder Maidstone Monument won a class d handicap hurdle last time out and takes a big drop in class here so he is worth noting in the market but for the winner we return to the ultra consistent Earthmover.
