In depth

Verdict

Relative Hero has been placed in each of his last four starts but they have all been in selling races and he looks booked for a place at best again with preference for Speed Winner, who gets the vote ahead of Folie A Deux. The selection was formerly trained in Hong Kong but made an encouraging start to his new career when chasing home Once A Brownie over course and distance last month. A reproduction of form shown on that occasion may well suffice. Four For A Laugh has failed to set the world alight so far and may well be one of the stable's lesser lights but Alan King has his yard in good form at present and he may well be capable of better than he has shown so far. Jades Double has shown signs of ability but is another that looks booked for a place at best and a bigger threat may come from Henrietta Knight's Folie A Deux, who has shown promise in two starts in bumpers so far and may do better now switched to hurdles. Speed Winner has solid claims though and is taken to give trainer Gary Moore another Fontwell winner.
