In depth

Verdict

Very little for backers to go on here with only Major Shark - well beaten at Plumpton - having raced previously. Blood Sub, a son of Roselier representing the Jonjo O'Neill stable, warrants respect on his debut and should go close, while Noel Chance's Murphy's Cardinal is bred to be useful being by Shernazar. The stable does well with its runners in bumpers so a market move for him would be interesting. Kipling, a son of Rudimentary out of a Sharpen Up mare is more flat bred than the others and could go well at a nice price but with so little to go on this is probably a race best watched with an eye to the future.
