Verdict

A race for real stayers with Glory Trail, Good Vintage and Paddy For Paddy all fitting the bill with the strong vote going to the last named. Paddy For Paddy should have no problem following up on his last dead heat win with No Retreat at Cheltenham and baring a fall looks to be nailed on here. Prior to his latest run he won round here over three miles and finished second at Towcester and will have little worries continuing his run of fortune. Glory Trail looks to pose the biggest danger with some valid efforts between the flags but even at his very best can only look for place prize money. As will Good Vintage who again stays well but will be no match for the selection Paddy For Paddy.
