CHOCOLAT can prove the icing on the cake though she will need to see off Itea du Fau and Lindy Lou. The handicapper has a tough job in this race as he has to equate the validity of French form versus that obtained on this side of the Channel. Chocolat started her career at Guillame Macaire's yard in France and won a race for those connections prior to joining Emma Lavelle.
