Pochard, Great Grimsby and Supreme Team are the trio to focus on here with Pochard taken to complete a hat trick. Great Grimsby has turned in two soliud efforts in his most recent starts and he runs off the same mark as when third last time. He is one paced but looks to have a good chance of hitting the frame again. This is a weak affair, and although Supreme Team is yet to hit the frame this seems his best opportunity to date. He was well beaten by the selection last time, but on these terms is entitled to be closer and can also be placed. After being well beaten in various efforts on soft ground, Pochard has improved significantly when raced on a sounder surface. He has won twice decisively and as a consequence has been raised thirteen pounds. He meets moderate opposition here and can win again.
