Silk Cravat is 3-17 around here but very rarely runs over a trip this far though was finishing fast over 7f last week. ADNAP (NAP) was having only his second start here and his first run since September when just failing to hold Miracles In May a fortnight ago where he looked the likely winner when taking it up inside the final furlong. That should have put the edge on him and he can go one better. Dark Magic had been threatening to win for some time before gaining his first track victory on his 16th start last month. He's up 6lb but his rider's claim takes care of half so another big run is anticipated though he has little in hand of runner-up Red Avenger, who was behind the selection next time. Munaajaat has never won in 14 starts and has been beaten from lower marks than this.
