The only time GORDON LORD BYRON usually runs in handicaps is at Meydan, where he'll probably be heading again next month. A Group 2 winner at the Curragh in May, he's won three times at the highest level and it would be no surprise to see him bounce back even though he's better over shorter. Captain Joy has won nine of his 40 starts, all on the all-weather. He finished last in a similar race here a year ago and hasn't looked at his best in two runs this summer, though they were on Turf. Sanus Per Aquam has been racing over much further and should do better back over this trip while Grey Danube finished last over 6f here last month and was earlier a length behind Katiymann over 7f. The latter is greatly respected and just has the beating of Secret Wizard in that latest race.
