In depth

Verdict

Nigel Tinkler runs three in this and it’s interesting that Silvestre De Sousa has been booked for the ride on PRINCESS POWER. She is only a pound higher than when successful over slightly shorter here last year and will be all the better for her run at Haydock. Wentworth Falls clearly found 5f too short at Ayr but hasn’t won in more than three years. Ice Lord, a course and distance winner, has decent claims on his latest third at Newmarket being a pound lower and Admirality has slipped further down the weights. Flavius Titus was winning off higher marks early last year but has rather lost his way and The Great Heir also has a bit to prove at present.
