In depth

Verdict

MR WAGYU was entered at Thirsk last night but runs here instead under his penalty and he might take some stopping if in the same mood as at Ayr eight days ago. Double Up is on a long losing run but is a danger with Cieren Fallon taking off 3lb and may enjoy a fitness advantage over the returning Turn To Rock and Sheepscar Lad. None of the others make much appeal with a further drop in distance unlikely to suit Aliento.
