            Verdict

            Able Dash is helped by an apprentice's allowance in this after finishing third at Goodwood when well ahead of Rideonastar. Cape Castle bids for a hat-trick off only a 3lb higher mark having landed a double on the all-weather but both Rochambeau and War Poet have something to prove in this grade. CLOUD MONKEY scored at Catterick last month when beating Sellingallthetime. The latter went on to win at York with Ronald Gee well behind and Martin Todhunter's charge gets the nod on the strength of that form.
