Verdict

Tommy Stack has won the last two of these and runs Aspar, a son of Holy Roman Emperor who should be ideally suited by this trip, and See You In Malta, by the same sire and out of a winning miler. Antelope Canyon cost 210,000 euros and is a half-brother to six winners but finished last on his debut at Leopardstown after giving trouble at the start. Jim Bolger won this with New Approach and Teofilo so the filly Adelena has to be respected though a chance is taken on TWIN FALLS, a speedily-bred half-sister to six winners including the useful sprinter Final Exam.
