Five of the nine runners in this were last-time winners so this is a competitive affair. Dawn Hoofer is proving a model of consistency and Rovetta won over hurdles and on the Flat within the space of four days at Galway. Echo Park wasn’t winning out of turn at Sligo while Mazzuri was well ahead of Grace Rafaela at Gowran prior to scoring at the same track, though is tackling a new trip today. Morga probably needed her run behind Wicklow Brave at Galway but this looks on the short side nowadays. JULIENNE (NAP) makes her handicap debut and this well-bred daughter of Galileo should relish this step up in distance having got off the mark in a Tipperary maiden on only her second start of the campaign.
