Verdict

Aidan O’Brien has dominated this Group 2 contest in recent years and runs three this afternoon. ZAGITOVA is a half-sister to Group 1 winner Garswood. She was found to be lame post-race after easily beating Bandiuc Eile at Cork two weeks ago but that was obviously only a minor issue and she looks a top-class filly in the making. Peach Tree got off the mark over course and distance in June when Hermosa was a staying-on fourth. The latter won subsequently at Galway while Viadera found only one to good in a Group 3 over 6f here last time having made a winning debut on the track. However, a bigger danger could be Lady Kaya who won by 10 lengths in a canter over track and trip two weeks ago without appearing to know she’d had a race. Chocolate Music and Skitter Skatter are also respected.
