In depth

Verdict

A tough call with Pure Imagination just preferred ahead of All Quiet. Milton Bradley's team continue in good fettle and while Pure Imagination hasn't been one of his more prolific scorers, he has certainly hit the bar on more than one occasion. His race will ultimately depend on what pace is set upfront but this come-from-behind performer ran well enough at Haydock to suggest his time won't be long in coming. All Quiet benefited from a suicidal early gallop at Windsor to score over a mile. She is unlikely to have that here and could be vulnerable as a result. Hannon sets punters a double puzzle with Wolverhampton maiden winner, Petite Spectre also engaged. Big Bradford's better runs have come with bigger fields but he is a genuine seven furlong horse. Dvinsky probably needs a bit more cut in the ground to be at his best while Sharaby and Verbier are well in at the weights but are not running well. Pure Imagination looks to be the value call tonight.
