Ludlow winner Subway Surf was taking on better opposition next time at Ascot but won’t find this easy under her penalty against some nicely-bred newcomers. Just Gone Midnight is by a leading NH sire and a half-sister to a winning hurdler/chaser. She hails from a yard in cracking form so goes on the short-list but the four-year-old VIENNA COURT is just as interesting. She is also by a sire who gets plenty of jumps winners and may have more pace at this stage of her career. Miss Jeanne Moon is also worth a market check.
