Verdict

Old Paddy The Oscar was pulled up on his reappearance but loves it around here. The Lion Dancer was a progressive sort at this time last year so any market support after a lay-off would have to be taken seriously. Sandhurst Lad was lucky winner at Wincanton last month, however, and a further 5lb rise may anchor him while Steps And Stairs has become disappointing. Norse Legend is hard to catch right so the vote goes to ANGELS ANTICS (NAP), who produced a better effort at Uttoxeter last time on his favoured soft ground and has conditions in his favour again.
