Deadringerforlove has been fairly consistent in bumpers and probably needed the run at Ascot last month. She is a half-sister to Gold Cup winner Sizing John so a switch to jumping should bring about plenty of improvement but we are prepared to give another chance to FAIR KATE, who didn’t enjoy the longer trip last time at Taunton having finished third over this course and distance previously. Episode wasn’t given a hard time at Sandown and is a likely improver while Free won a Chantilly maiden over 1m4f as a three-year-old and is an interesting debutante for the Anthony Honeyball team.
