Sandridge Lad won over the minimum trip here last time and Uncle Jerry has been raised 6lb for winning over 7f at Kempton. Balata Bay went close over the latter distance at Leicester recently while Antonia Clara is usually thereabouts in novice company and makes her handicap debut. But the consistent CHITRA continues to improve and added to a couple of earlier successes in handicaps with a victory over today’s trip at Newcastle last time. Daniel Kubler’s filly has a further hike in the weights to contend with but may not have finished winning for the year yet.
