In depth

Verdict

The Alamo looked in need of the experience at Ludlow but ran well for a long way and will have come on. Tomorrow's Legend produced his best run on good ground and, if it remains dry, can get into the frame though this should rest between Beatu and ARISTO DU PLESSIS. The former, a winning bumper here, undoubtedly has the most scope but hasn't been seen since April and the selection deserves a change of fortune having just failed to catch Court Dismissed at Sedgefield last week with the remainder in another parish.
