    Verdict

    Romantic View is a rare runner for Charlie Appleby at the track but hasn’t raced since fading badly in the Albany at Ascot in June. She’s penalised for an earlier win at Goodwood while Starlight Romance also returns from a short break having finished third to the progressive Glitter Girl at Thirsk in July. APPOINTED has the most recent form when beaten only a head by Andok in a decent handicap at Doncaster last week. Tim Easterby’s filly has every chance on that form and should handle the forecast going in a tricky contest.
