Verdict

The top pair are course and distance winners and Intense Style ran well at Doncaster, though this is a competitive handicap. Relight My Fire is a standing dish here though prefers fast ground. He was a long way behind KEEPUP KEVIN here last time and Pam Sly’s charge, who was very well supported despite returning from a break, can complete a double despite a 4lb rise. Waqt has never run here and will find the track very different from Brighton, where he won easily last time. He’s also up 8lb and this looks much more difficult. Donnelly’s Rainbow is 1-23 but has been beaten just a neck in his last two starts from today’s mark.
