      Verdict

It's hard to get away from MINIKIN who was so impressive on her handicap bow at Folkestone. She has softer ground to contend with and there's always the concern that she may not appreciate a quick return to the track but she is officially 2lbs well-in and can be expected to hold her own from higher marks in the future. Raktiman is also ahead of the handicapper but doesn't look one to trust implicitly and Sula Two and Killusty Fancy appeal as bigger threats as they have improved since being stepped up in trip and the latter handles cut in the ground. Septemberintherain, Chicane and Elvira Madigan are in danger of becoming disappointing but aren't ignored and neither are Lady Christie or Groove Master who may improve for encountering a softer surface.
