Verdict

This looks a terrific renewal with Ascot Gold Cup hero Trip To Paris still carrying a penalty but looking to reverse latest running in the Goodwood Cup with Big Orange. Tac De Boistron was unsuited by the fast ground in the Ascot showcase but is a high-class stayer on his day and fancied to reverse earlier running in the Ormonde Stakes at Chester with the winner Clever Cookie. Sagaro Stakes winner MIZZOU (NAP) wasn't beaten far in the Gold Cup despite failing to threaten and finished ahead of Vent De Force once again. He should make a bold bid with a faster pace likely back over the 2m trip. The 2012 winner Times Up and Simenon look up against it with the younger horses nowadays while Hidden Gold has plenty to find with the selection on Sagaro running
