    Verdict

Although Ridder sets the standard on the evidence available, there could be a little mileage to be gained in supporting Burnley Al, who has experience of the course and represents last year's winning trainer in this race, Richard Fahey. As ever, there are numerous dangers and the betting will speak volumes about the threats posed by John Robbie, Ingleton and Boo, who head the list of dangers from the rest. Whereas Ginger Cookie appeals the most out of the newcomers and will no doubt be heading straight to Newbury for the Watership Down Sales Race if she fares well here. However, the debut run of Burnley Al may well turn out to be very useful form as time goes on. So with that, and the likelihood of a fair offer being available, in mind, he is given the office to become the latest individual that Ridder finds to be too good on the day.
