Michael Bell's yard is showing signs of emerging from the doldrums and The Manx Missile is interesting stepping up to 7f for the first time. Perpetual Ambition is heading in the opposite direction having raced over 1m2f last time and Loucal was competing over 1m when a beaten favourite at Bath earlier this month, though did win over this trip at Catterick in April. We'll take a chance on MR SNOOKS who was doing his best work at this finish over 6f at Nottingham last time. He still has a bit of scope and could go close here if the visor works a second time. Claude Greenwood only won a claimer at Leicester two runs ago and was beaten 10 lengths in a seller here last time.
