In depth

Verdict

Percy Prosecco has become hard to predict and hasn’t won in almost three years but Fred Bear was a winner over course and distance in June, with Henry The Fifth a well-beaten third, and Simon Walker is likely to employ forcing tactics again. An 18-race maiden, Easy Equation is in need of some help from the handicapper and FEN TIGER is preferred given he wasn’t stopping when landing an apprentices' handicap over 1m4f at Leicester in June.
