In depth

Verdict

Dazinski, a useful stayer on the level, was second over a longer trip at Stratford last month and should find a race over hurdles in due course. Berea Boru and Bob Tucker had decent bumper form but need to improve on what they've shown so far over timber while Flat winner Hurakan is probably best watched on his debut under NH Rules. VILLAGE VIC has been very highly tried over hurdles so far. Sixth in last season's Grade 3 Betfair Hurdle at Newbury, he need only reproduce that effort to win easily here though his odds will probably reflect that.
