In depth

Verdict

Lightin' Jack gets the confident vote with Montys Island and Celtic Boy rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair fourth behind Ho Ho Hill in a better race last time out, is sure to be suited by this slightly longer trip and under conditions that suit he will be hard to beat. Montys Island rates the main danger as he was third in front of the selection in the same race. But if Lightin' Jack is ridden with more restraint he is taken to gain his revenge. Celtic Boy would be a danger to all on his best form as he looks well weighted but he is continually let down by his jumping so he can not be put forward with any confidence. Of the remainder Dramatic Quest was a fair second behind Camdenation last time but is not sure to be suited by the drop in trip and for the winner we return to Lightin' Jack.
