Verdict

Father Edward cruised home over course and distance last month but seemingly had his limitations exposed at Perth next time by a useful sort in Sharp Rise. He's clearly a leading player but THEATRE FLAME created a good impression on debut at Uttoxeter for David Bridgwater and seems certain to relish this step-up in trip. He ran the finish out of Father Edward's stable companion, Silent Movie, that day and is taken to repeat the dose. Romulus Du Donjon was outbattled on the interminably long Cartmel run-in last time and should be more at home on this conventional track. His overall profile brings him into the equation whilst Moyode Wood and It Is I are both back over timber after not seeming to enjoy their meeting with fences last time.
